Broken Flowers (2005)

The day isn't starting off well for Don Johnston. First, his much younger girlfriend Sherry leaves him, then a pink letter flutters into the house. Not a love note, but rather a delayed reckoning for a past liaison of the silver-haired Don Juan: his now 19-year-old son is going to seek him out, threats the anonymous writer. But who is the mother? If it were up to Don alone - he would certainly continue guarding his couch and letting things come as they may. However, his neighbor Winston convinces the lethargic couch potato to conduct some detective research. And so, somewhat unwillingly and armed with pink flowers, Don embarks on a ludicrous journey into his past. Four women in four different cities are considered as the mother of the unknown offspring.
